Welcome to my site. I’m going to share stories, things I think are fun, and possibly share some bits of wisdom. I am not giving personal medical advice, just education. Some people may need to check with their physicians before making dietary or other changes.

My best advice for your health is simple, and yet profound! Ready? Here it is: Eat 8 to 10 servings of fresh vegetables and fruit every day.

That’s it! And you don’t have to be perfect. Just start the shift now. What is a serving? Generally it’s about 1/2 a cup, or about 85 grams. So for leafy greens that’s about 2 cups. Happy eating!
